The 8(a) STARS III GWAC is designed to provide Federal agencies and DOD with customized IT services and IT services-based solutions, both commercial and non-commercial. The 8(a) STARS III GWAC program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors. This contract provides two sub-areas: Emerging Technology-Focused IT Services and IT Services performed outside of CONUS.

• Requirements that align with other IT NAICS codes are within the scope of the Stars III GWAC.  These include, but are not limited to, 541511, 541513, 541519, 518210.

The 8(a) STARS III GWAC Features and Benefits:

• $50 billion program ceiling

• Five-year base with one three-year option.

• Task Order Performance can go 5 years beyond contract ordering end date.

• Directed awards are allowed for order up to the 8(a) competitive threshold.

• Contract types include fixed-price, labor-hour, and time-and-material terms
